What Does Our Dental Administration Team Do?
Our entire administrative team is here to welcome you to our office and will work to ensure that your experience at Monterey Dental Centre is as comfortable as possible.
Dental administrators handle the administrative aspects of a dental office or setting, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled and handled properly.
They also handle financial aspects, including billing patients and insurance companies. In addition to normal administration skills, dental administrators fully understand dental terminology and dental procedures in order to record effectively and report information.
Using strong interpersonal communication skills our team will help answer all your questions and concerns.
Office Manager – Dalyce Kendall
Dalyce started with Monterey Dental Centre in 1996 as a dental assistant. She transitioned to an administrative position in 2003 and has been working as an administrator ever since. She enjoys working with our large team and loves the fact that she has established relationships with many of our long-term patients.
Accounts/Operations – Hina Tailor
Hina has been with Monterey Dental Centre since 2008. She is a former dental hygienist and dental assistant with 28 years of dental experience. Hina helps run our accounts receivable and accounts payable departments. If there are any concerns with your account, Hina is available to discuss any questions you may have.
